Jess Martin Park

Jess Martin Park is a nine acre community park owned by San Diego County Parks and Recreation. IPR has a lease with the County to maintain, manage, improve, develop the existing land to provide leisure opportunities for the community. It is a multi-use recreational area. There are ball fields used by Pony baseball, Julian High School and AYSO Soccer.

Statement of Purpose

Intermountain Park and recreation, Inc. (IPR) is a California non-profit benefit corporation organized and managed by volunteers for the purpose of providing recreational, social, and cultural programs for the residents of Julian and the surrounding area, with the primary objective of building the character of our youth and enriching the lives of all residents.
